Pixar’s Ed Catmull interview

Last month, Pixar founder and president Ed Catmull did an interview with Martin Giles of The Economist. The interview gives some great insight into Pixar’s style of management and creative process and is well worth watching.

  1. That was great! Ed’s answers were really comprehensive. It opened eyes to Pixar not being this flawless association of film makers who have been making films from the age of 6 months. They are more a collection of problem solving creatives etc. where everyone is on the same level. Good stuff. Reminds me a little of Brown Bag ;)
